Our thorough diligence calls for founders to lean into honest vulnerability and persistence while fielding inquiries from a quorum of experts. When founders earn our trust, Quorum will invest before traction is obvious to other VCs. Thereafter, we treat portfolio founders as an extension of our community, supporting them with tailored introductions and guidance from our brain trust.

GP-Led Screening

General Partners (GPs) start by considering whether we can assemble a quorum of SLPs with expertise in the startup's domain. If not – Quorum passes quickly.

SLP-Driven Diligence

GPs initially evaluate, flagging risks and knowledge gaps. The lead GP then assembles a quorum of SLPs to review the deal in depth and dive into the identified gaps.
